Want to view someone wall on facebook when you are not their friend , If yes then you can view others profile on your facebook profile. If he/she is your friends or not but you can still see his/her profile and friends list. To view his or her profile you will have to open his/ her profile by viewing his/her name with him/her pic if he/she has uploaded in the profile. You can search it on the search bar which is at the top of the facebook profile.
But you can not view someone private profile on facebook.because they make restrictions on his/her facebook profile.people make some fake ids and have habit of viewing the others profiles and others friends list. for that s the reason some people have make some of the restrictions on their profile page like restrictions like friends not views, photo are restricted,contact restricted , these are some of the restrictions that facebook privacy offers, facebook offers the effective privacy that any other website offers.
